Candidate has strong communication skills to include verbal and written and has demonstrated a proven ability to manage and lead people, conduct meetings, manage timekeeping, and conduct associate reviews. Candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, documentation skills and experience using help desk systems, as well as a proven ability to work with customers/clients. Candidate has hands on experience implementing and administering enterprise tools such as Symantec A/V, HP SIM, Solarwinds, Change Auditor, and Retina Vulnerability scanning.
