This position is expected to be the main technical support staff for the Hosting Department and the front line between PM and IT and DiscoverReady’s hosted platform. The main function of this role is to understand and repair technical problems that may arise during daily loading processes delivered from ED and Processing departments. The secondary function of this role is to support, through testing, research and documentation, the external support teams. The Technology Specialist is responsible for application testing (as requested by the Department Manager), new technology research (as requested by the Department Manager), existing issue research and resolution, and Hardware/Software testing and implementation (as requested by IT). This position is responsible for supporting an environment with high-volume throughput of diverse data and data types of varying sizes and complexity and building database scripts to perform various data manipulation tasks for project teams. Responsible for executing tasks relating to preparing and loading of tiffed and native format documents and related data in litigation database systems.
