    Responsibilities

    In the Sales Development Representative role, you will use a consultative sales approach to educate prospects on DiscoverReady’s solutions and determine which solutions best meet their business needs. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospects to educate and qualify them and surface potential sales opportunities for DiscoverReady’s sales representatives.  You must be comfortable with outbound prospecting – making calls, sending emails, and using LinkedIn to communicate DiscoverReady’s value propositions. You will manage a pipeline with multiple prospects, utilizing Salesforce to document progress at the various stages of the sales cycle.

    Qualifications

    What you bring to the table

     

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of 18 months of outbound B2B sales experience – B2B pre-sales and/or sales development experience, selling into mid to large sized companies
    • Experience with CRM system, Salesforce.com preferred
    • Experience using sales methodology such as Solution Selling or another sales methodology
    • Positive attitude, very strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
    • Proven, successful sales track record exceeding monthly metrics requirements
    • Exceptional verbal and written (email) communication skills
    • Ability to quickly assess and understand a prospect’s needs and align DiscoverReady’s value propositions to their pain points and/or needs
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
